​The ISMS Rewards Program is offered by Innovative Space Management Systems. Participation in the Program is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

• Participant – Any individual or business enrolled in the ISMS REWARDS™ Program.

• Customer – An end-user purchasing products and services from ISMS.

• Associate – Suppliers, vendors, contractors, distributors, or industry colleague who refer business opportunity lead to ISMS.

• Qualified Referral – A lead submitted by a Participant that meets all referral criteria (contact ISMS for details).

• Closed Project – A referral that results in a signed contract, project completion, and payment received by ISMS.​

 

​Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

• The program is open to Customers and Associates (as defined above).

• The Program is void where prohibited by law.

​

Enrollment

• Enrollment is required to track and distribute rewards.

• Participants must register through the ISMS website or with an ISMS representative.

• Enrollment must occur before a referral or project can qualify for rewards. Retroactive enrollment is not permitted.

Referral Rewards

To qualify for rewards:

• The referral must be a new ISMS project or business opportunity.

• The project or business opportunity must align with ISMS products and services offering.​

​

Reward Structure:

• $5000 to $20,000

  • $100 - cash gift card, and 2% credit towards future purchase.     

• $20,001 to $50,000

  • $250 - cash gift card, and 2% credit towards future purchase. 

• $50,001 to $100,000

  • $500 - cash gift card, and 2% credit towards future purchase. 

• $100,001 to $250,000

  • $1000 - cash gift card, and 2% credit towards future purchase. 

• $250,001 and above

  • $2000 - cash gift card, and 2% credit towards future purchase.

Bonus Rewards

• 3 Closed Projects in 12 months = $1,500 additional bonus.

• 5 Closed Projects in 12 months = $3,000 additional bonus + premium gift.

Exclusions

• Self-referrals are not eligible.

• Timing: Referral rewards are processed and issued within 15 days of ISMS receiving final payment for the project.

Customer Rewards

• ​All Customers (new and existing) who purchase ISMS products and or services earn a 2% discount on the total contract value of their next ISMS project.

• Customer discounts:

  • Are valid for 12 months from issuance.

  • Are non-transferable.

  • May not be combined with certain special pricing agreements or promotional discounts, unless expressly approved by ISMS.​

Milestone Rewards

At ISMS, we believe loyalty and partnership should be celebrated. That’s why ISMS Rewards includes special recognition for customers and associates who go above and beyond.​ Milestone Rewards highlight long-term loyalty and exceptional contributions and celebrate the trust and commitment you’ve shown by helping ISMS grow:

​

• 10th Referral – Receive a premium tech gift (tablet, smart home device, or equivalent).

• $1M in Cumulative Projects – Earn $2000 cash, a VIP recognition package, which may include a private appreciation event, and or custom award.

• Top Project - Receive premium tech gift and $1000 for largest (dollar value).​​

 

Taxes & Reporting

• Rewards may be considered taxable income under federal, state, or local law.

• Participants are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

• ISMS may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC (or equivalent) for annual rewards totaling $600 or more.

Program Administration

• ISMS reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals, purchases, and reward claims.

• Rewards will only be issued if all Program criteria are met.

• All decisions regarding reward eligibility are final and binding.

Program Changes & Termination

• ISMS may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will be posted on the ISMS website.

• Rewards earned prior to program termination will be honored if all requirements are met.

​

Governing Law & Disputes

• The Program is governed by the laws of the state of Georgia (USA).

• By participating, you agree to waive class action rights and bring any claim individually.

​

Acceptance of Terms

• By enrolling in or participating in the ISMS REWARDS™ Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
