These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Innovative Space Management Solutions ("Company") Rewards Program ("Program"). By enrolling or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Program Overview
The ISMS Rewards Program is a customer loyalty and purchasing incentive program operated by the Company. Eligible participants ("Participants") can enroll at www.innovativespacemgts.com or by contacting the Company at brodie@innovativespacemgts.com. Participants can earn discounts ("Rewards") through qualifying purchases and redeem them for products, services, or other offers as listed on the Company’s website.

Eligibility

The Program is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of enrollment.

Void where prohibited by law.

A valid email address and enrollment via the Company’s website are required to participate.

Only one (1) account per Participant is allowed. Reward earnings may only accrue to the individual named on the enrollment form.

Earning Rewards

Participants earn Rewards by purchasing eligible products and services from the Company.

Earnings are 1.5% of purchase price excluding taxes and shipping.

Reward eligibility and redemption values may be changed at the Company’s discretion.

The Company may add, remove, or alter what qualifies as a “Qualifying Purchase” at any time.

Reward earnings may be redeemed for purchase discounts, gift cards, and promotional gifts as listed on the Company’s website.

Reward earnings are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Keep receipts as proof of purchase.

The Company may offer limited-time promotions. Participants will be notified via email or the Company website, and each promotion may include its own terms and restrictions.

Expiration and Termination

Points expire 12 months from the date earned, unless otherwise stated.

Participants who are inactive (no qualifying purchases or redemptions) for 12 consecutive months may forfeit all accrued points.

Rewards earned through fraudulent or unauthorized means may be revoked.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Participant’s account for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct or any violation of these Terms.

The Company may terminate, suspend, or modify the Program at any time, with or without notice. Any such action may impact a Participant’s ability to redeem accumulated points.

Program Changes and Termination

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program with 30 days' notice.

Participants may cancel their participation at any time by contacting the Company via email.

Changes to the Program will be communicated via email and posted on the Company website.

Upon program termination, any unredeemed Reward earnings will expire within 60 days.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for technical errors, lost communications, or reward delivery delays beyond its control.

The Program is provided “as is.” Participation is at your own risk.

Participants are solely responsible for their account activity and maintaining accurate contact information.

Continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Participants retain the right to earn Rewards up to the date of account termination.

Upon account termination, the Company will delete all data associated with the Participant.​

Privacy

Personal information collected through the Program will not be shared with other participants or third parties.

Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and any communications received through the Program.​

Communications

By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the use of your information for Program-related communications.

You agree to receive emails regarding your account status, rewards balance, promotional opportunities, and any updates to these Terms, sent to the email address associated with your enrollment.
